Whenever you send something important its better to have a proof of delivery. If you want to make sure that something important was delivery, send it at least in two ways. Here are some ways:

- Personal delivery with a witness
- Delivery by mail (post) with reception confirmation (registered mail)
- Delivery by chat messenger with reading confirmation (and screenshot)
- Better
- Delivery by e-mail (with reading confirmation)
- Delivery by FAX (with automatic reception confirmation)
- FAX is a very cheap and fast way to delivery important documents WITH reception confirmation
- There are several free online fax services where you can register in minutes
