“Principal duties”

  • Duty to payment of wages (duty to pay)
  • Duty to punctual payment
  • Duty to payment of taxes and social security contributions
  • Duty to continued payment of wages in the event of holiday or illness
  • Duty to payroll (payslips)

“Ancillary duties”
