Often bosses systematically violate workers rights when they unfarily fire workers or steal their wages. This is criminal but authorities dont care, major unions and workers dont challenge the status quo.
Some violations of workers contracts:
- Formally wrong and therefor invalid and illegal terminations
- without a written termination letter
- signed by superiors without the power to fire
- not signed or signed without a name of the person signing
- firing the wrong worker due to wrong personal details
- wrong first name, last name
- wrong gender
- wrong address
- without a reason for the termination
- without involvement of an existing workers councils

- Missing workplace safety
- Dangerous weather conditions
- heavy storm, rain, wind, snow
- ice, heat
- Lacking corona measures
- no masks
- no tests
- no distance
- Dangerous workplace
- too hot (not more then 30/35 degrees)
- too cold (not less then 20/17/12 degress)
- not enough air, light, space
- Dangerous weather conditions
- Missing or faulty equipment
- No work phone
- No or faulty work vehicle
- broken parts: breaks, saddles, tires, handlebars
- No or faulty work cloathing
- no gloves, hats, jackets, throusers …
